Assignment Description: We are looking for a qualified elementary teacher to join our team in August, 2025. Experience teaching elementary students is essential and teachers with prior experience with lower grades will be preferred. Candidates should have a clear understanding of child development and how to meet the needs of young learners.

Job Comment: Elementary teachers are expected to teach 24 periods a week in English, Global Perspectives, Maths and Science. Teachers are also expected to attend the weekly assembly. Most importantly, teachers need to care for the academic, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of students through the development of close, supportive relationships. Each new teacher goes through a teacher induction program and is given a mentoring teacher. We are committed as a school to providing the support that new teachers require to make a successful transition to a new country and culture. We follow the Cambridge Primary Curriculum in all subjects. Our English and Global Perspective curriculums have been integrated allowing us to place a greater focus on literacy whilst simultaneously using topics and resources that cater to our student’s interests and needs. Experience with the Cambridge curriculum is not essential as training and support will be provided.
