MissionNext does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of communications posted by others. It does not necessarily endorse opinions expressed by others. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by others will be at your own risk. MissionNext acts as a passive conduit for the online distribution and publication of user-submitted information and has no obligation to screen communications or information in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by users. If notified by a user of communications which allegedly do not conform to these Terms and Conditions, MissionNext may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of the communication. MissionNext has no liability or responsibility to users for performance or nonperformance of such activities. MissionNext reserves the right to expel users and prevent their further access to the Web Site for violating the Terms and Conditions or the law. MissionNext reserves the right to remove communications which are abusive, illegal, or disruptive. Statement of Faith
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of God the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost—the saved to the resurrection of life, and the lost to the resurrection of damnation.
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

Spiritual Purpose
STATEMENT OF FAITH. All the activities and decisions of MissionNext shall be guided by teachings in the Holy Bible, and the Statement of Faith we have adopted is identical to the National Association of Evangelical’s Statement of Faith. The statement of faith does not exhaust the extent of our beliefs. The Bible itself, as the inspired and infallible Word of God that speaks with final authority concerning truth, morality, and the proper conduct of mankind, is the sole and final source of all that we believe. For purposes of MissionNext’s faith, doctrine, practice, policy, and discipline, our board of directors is MissionNext’s final interpretive authority on the Bible’s meaning and application.
MARRIAGE, GENDER, AND RELATED SEXUALITY. The policies of MissionNext shall reflect the position set forth in the following statement: “We believe that God has established marriage as a lifelong, exclusive relationship between one man and one woman and that all intimate sexual activity outside this biblical definition of the marriage relationship, whether heterosexual, homosexual, or otherwise, is immoral and therefore sin (Gen 2:24-25; Ex 20:14, 17, 22:19; Lev 18:22-23, 20:13, 15-16; Mt 19:4-6, 9; Rom. 1:18-31; 1 Cor. 6:9-10, 15-20; 1 Tim. 1:8-11; Jude 7). We believe that God created the human race male and female and that all conduct with the intent to adopt a gender other than one’s birth gender is immoral and therefore sin (Gen 1:27; Deut 22:5).”
We believe that every person must be afforded compassion, love, kindness, respect, and dignity. (Mark 12:28-31; Luke 6:31.) Hateful and harassing behavior or attitudes directed toward any individual are to be repudiated and are not in accord with Scripture nor the doctrines of MissionNext. You acknowledge and agree with the above statements of Spiritual Purpose.

Registration and Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify MissionNext of any unauthorized use of your registration or password.

MissionNext Limitation of Liability
MissionNext website is only a venue. This Web Site acts as a venue for ministries to post service opportunities and candidates to post personal information. MissionNext does not screen or censor the listings offered. MissionNext is not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates. As a result, MissionNext has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the opportunities or personal information posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of ministries to offer opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill openings. In addition, note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretenses. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the Web Site.
Because user authentication on the Internet is difficult, MissionNext cannot and does not confirm that each user is who they claim to be. Because we do not and cannot be involved in user-to-ministry dealings or control the behavior of participants on www.finishers.org, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release MissionNext (and our agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential, direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code d1542, which says: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.”
MissionNext is under no legal obligation to, and generally, do not control the information provided by other users which are made available through the Web Site. By its very nature, other people’s information may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate, and in some cases may be mislabeled or deceptively labeled. Certain governments, job postings which restrict opportunities and job postings for opportunities which inherently beg restriction, place limitations on personal profiles and characteristics that are required, desired or prohibited, relative to potential opportunities. Consequently, questions in this profile may address matters of age, gender, marital/family status and other personal information (collectively “Personal Information”). BY COMPLETING A PROFILE YOU HEREBY RELEASE FROM LIABILITY AND WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO SUE MISSIONNEXT, ITS SUBSCRIBER ORGANIZATIONS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONSULTANTS OR AGENTS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO OR CONNECTED IN ANY WAY WITH THE PROFILE QUESTIONS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION; THIS INCLUDES WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY CLAIM OF DISCRIMINATION.

MISSIONNEXT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEB SITE WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE WEB SITE AND ITS SERVER ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL MECHANISMS. MissionNext reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to deletion of your postings from this Web Site and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access the Web Site and/or any other service provided to you by MissionNext, upon any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or if MissionNext is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to the Web Site.

General
MissionNext makes no claims that the Materials may be lawfully viewed or downloaded outside of the United States. Access to the Materials may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Web Site from outside of the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Arizona, without respect to its conflict of laws and principles.
