| Assignment Description: | An experienced English teacher is required to teach Middle and High School students. Candidates should demonstrate a working knowledge of the pedagogy for teaching English to ELL students and be up to date with modern teaching methods. Our school follows the UK curriculum. Experience teaching IGCSE courses is preferred but not essential. |

| Job Comment: | Our students are predominantly ELL learners and many enter our school with a low level of English. Prospective candidates must have experience and formal training for teaching ELL learners is strongly preferred. Training includes university modules, CELTA, DELTA and TESOL certificates. The successful candidate will teach English to two sets of students; generally one in Middle School and one in High School. Teachers are also expected to attend the weekly assembly and run 1 club activity. The other lessons should be used for lesson planning, marking and other school activities. |
