| Preferred Experience: | You’ll make an impact when you… *Manage the international audit program. *Schedule, plan and coordinate internal control reviews. *Oversee reviews through to completion. *Provide answers and information to technical questions. *Draft internal control review reports. *Work with the team to follow up on audits and finalize reports. *Provide internal control framework reports. *Design and implement effective internal control procedures. This job might be for you if… *You have two to four years of experience in finance through public accounting, auditing or industry/nonprofit experience. *You understand non-profit accounting principles and procedures. *You’re familiar with accounting operations, principles, practices and theory. *You have knowledge principles for finance, strategic planning, resource allocation, productivity and project management. *You’re a team player and communicate clearly. *You are humble, relational and flexible. *You have thorough knowledge of the statement of financial position, activity and cash flows. *You have knowledge of basic consolidation and multi-currency processes. *You make decisions, solve problems and build relationships. *You’re able to design and implement systems on accounting software such as mainframe terminals/personal computers, general software applications and keyboard facility. *You have a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). *You demonstrate the desire and ability to support corporate biblical and religious goals and participate in regular work-related spiritual activities without reservation (Spiritual Bona Fide Occupational Qualification). *You are legally authorized to work in the U.S. You’ll thrive here if… *You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, auditing, economics or business. *You are anchored in God’s Word and committed to your faith. *You strive for unity and collaboration. *You take initiative and pursue excellence with humility and confidence. *You face change with courage and curiosity as God opens doors.
