| Preferred Experience: | • A committed follower of Jesus active in a gospel-centered church, passionate about The Great Commission and GRN's vision and values. • Strategic Relationship Building – The ability to build and sustain trust-based relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including donors, global missionaries, organizational and church leaders. • Effective Communication and Collaboration – Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for ensuring alignment within the organization and with key partners. The ability to collaborate effectively across teams, build trust, integrate marketing and development initiatives into broader strategies, and clearly communicate goals and decisions is crucial. • Engagement and Stewardship – Effectively engage donors and partners while keeping them informed and involved in the impact of their giving. • Cultural Competence – Understanding and respecting diverse cultural and denominational backgrounds, values, and perspectives is crucial, especially when working with a broad range of churches, missionaries, global partners, and donors from various backgrounds. • Experience in faith-based fundraising models, engaging churches and Christian philanthropic networks. • 5 years of leadership experience including leadership in global fundraising, nonprofit advancement, and strategic communications. |
