Ability to work constructively with team members in the area of disciple-making, showing value and respect for team-members. Ability to learn local language to an intermediate level. Must possess a coachable spirit. Presents themselves well and engages in tasks with enthusiasm. Weave the compassion of Christ into all tasks. An evangelistic vision to use events to reach the community. Strong project management and communication skills. |
