| Preferred Experience: | The ideal person would have all or most of the following: ** Some experience in a variety of gas and diesel engines. There are numerous generators, vehicles, motorcycles, lawn mowers, small engines to maintain along with hospital equipment that may need trouble shooting in order to repair. ** Maintenance mindset with ability to develop and support scheduled maintenance practices to keep everything working on the compound ** Broad experience in plumbing, water systems ** Good working knowledge of generators, electrical wiring, installation and maintenance, battery back up systems and solar power ** Experience in maintaining vehicles, troubleshooting and repair ** Passion to provide team leadership to Nigerian workshop staff ** Ability to lead devotions and give spiritual guidance to co-workers |
