| Assignment Description: | In this role, the development manager is responsible for leading the school’s development program as adopted by the School Board and will be reporting directly to the School Director. (S)he is also responsible for developing and maintaining active and productive relationships with staff members, donors, alumni, and the school’s local community as appropriate and promoting the school’s mission to both internal constituencies and the community at large. (S)he will use expert communication skills and a sense of initiative to identify fundraising opportunities, develop relationships with potential donors, design and implement fundraising campaigns throughout the calendar year, and reach ICSV’s financial goals through major gifts. |
