APPROACH TO EDUCATION Our English-focused, bilingual approach to education is one that inspires our students to be engaged and self-motivated learners. Our aim is to develop leadership and critical thinking skills as we equip our students to pursue higher education after graduating from Doulos. ACCREDITATIONS Our academic standards meet both Dominican Republic Educational standards and Common Core standards, as we are accredited in the Dominican Republic and internationally by ACSI and AdvancED International. |

| Job Comment: | Foster an innovative, hands-on learning environment conducive to student growth and leadership development. Develop biblically integrated, EL Design Principles-based units that promote critical thinking, student leadership, and community service. Design rigorous lessons aligned with Doulos determined standards and establish clear learning targets for each lesson. Maintain an effective classroom behavior management plan and track student progress toward mastery of standards. Demonstrate commitment to continuous growth as an expert in education and within your content area. Engage in discipleship with students, encouraging, instructing, and correcting them as disciples of Christ. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom expectations. Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues to ensure consistency across the curriculum. |
