| Preferred Experience: | Spiritual and Personal Qualifications Must possess a clear, active faith in Jesus Christ and demonstrate a desire to serve others through healthcare and ministry. Must exhibit servant leadership, emotional maturity, and humility in cross-cultural settings. Must be willing to live in Belize long-term and fully immerse in the local culture. Professional & Technical Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, accounting, or a related field is preferred. Requires a minimum of 3–5 years of management or leadership experience in a ministry, business, or office environment. Must demonstrate organizational and financial competency, including the ability to handle reporting, records, and budgets independently. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for community engagement and team management are necessary. Prior missions or international experience is strongly preferred. Other Requirements and Compensation Fluency in English is required (proficiency in Kriol or Spanish is a plus). Must be willing to serve under the MissionGO missionary structure, which may involve donor partnership or support-raising. |
