| Preferred Experience: | Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Experience with disciple-making and/or church planting processes is a plus. Has a proven gift of evangelism and takes initiative to seek out lost people. Feels called to serve and live cross-culturally. Understands the difference between a Church on Mission and an established Church that grows in Mission. Embraces the vision of the GMC in Spain including Multiplying disciples and following a discipleship plan. Understanding that the Church is born in small groups that multiply and gather as the same Church to celebrate. Spending more time focusing on the extension of the Kingdom of God, and less time in the organic work of the Church, consistent with a culture of multiplication. Accepting and sharing of the Strategic Plan for the evangelization of Spain. Ability to work well with team members and partners. Must possess a coachable and teachable spirit. Have a proficient level of Spanish or a commitment to learn the language in a reasonable amount of time. Has a demonstrated understanding of spiritual disciplines and scriptural application, weaving the compassion of Christ into all tasks. |
