Job Responsibilities - Enthusiastically and diligently teaches required biology materials - Prepares objectives and outlines for courses of study following the scope and sequence of the curriculum - Uses a variety of teaching methods and assessment processes in consideration of students' different learning styles, abilities, ESL needs, etc. - Establishes an effective classroom environment that is positive and orderly, attractive and hospitable - Provides feedback to students which enables continued improvement Job Requirements - Degree in education or an advanced degree in biology subject - Strong, demonstrable Christian faith - A biblical Christian worldview - Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills - A love for students - Enthusiasm and ability to work in a team - A commitment to personal and professional growth |
