Assignment Description: | Santiago Christian School is seeking an innovative and Christ-centered Director of Curriculum and Instruction. This leader will provide overall direction for academic programs, ensuring they align with the school’s mission and educational philosophy. The Director will manage curriculum development, maintain academic standards, and ensure the effective implementation of educational programs that foster both academic excellence and spiritual growth. The Director will lead curriculum review and development in collaboration with divisional principals and faculty, supervise student support programs (special education, ESL, and SSL), and oversee biblical worldview integration throughout the curriculum. Additionally, this role includes managing school accreditation reporting to ensure compliance with both Dominican and U.S. standards. The Director will analyze data to assess curriculum effectiveness, lead professional development for educators, manage the Student Information System, support technology integration, and ensure standardized testing informs curriculum decisions. Finally, the Director will oversee student academic records to ensure compliance with all legal and accreditation requirements. |
