| Assignment Description: | An exciting opportunity to come and work in our Residence Life (Boarding) Program and get trained in and teach IB MYP Visual Arts! This position includes working in the Residence Life Program a few times per week and teaching every other day, Monday through Friday, in our Middle School. TRAs get the opportunity to live and work with dorm students, building strong relationships and sharing the love of Christ. IB MYP Visual Arts training is provided. TRAs attend TCIS Teacher Professional Development sessions and are assigned a mentor teacher to support their growth throughout their first year at TCIS. This position is considered an entry-level teaching position and is a great opportunity for college graduates or limited experienced teachers to gain great experience and opportunities for growth. *Married applicants are not accepted. Specific responsibilities are outlined in the TCIS Personnel Policy. |
