| Preferred Experience: | Education and Skills- Bachelor’s degree in geography, missions, and/or adult education ideal. Has demonstrable skill with spreadsheets and cloud-based data entry. Able to easily learn and master the iShare system and Geographical Information System (GIS) mapping. Demonstrates ability to work and communicate effectively in cross cultural situations and through the use of translators, both digital and human. Very comfortable helping non-digital natives learn to use and master digital tools to fulfill the Great Commission. Comfortable working behind the scenes and up front in training and vision casting situations. |
