| Preferred Experience: | • A heart for engaging with Latin American people who are hurting or asking big questions • A passion for equipping people with the tools to strengthen their mental, emotional, and spiritual health • Sensitivity to cross-cultural issues • The ability and desire to live overseas and serve as a missionary in Quito, Ecuador • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Christian counseling • At least two years of experience in Christian counseling • A willingness to work on a multi-cultural team • Fluency In Spanish (written and spoken) or the willingness to go to language school • The ability and desire to go to the field now (within 1 year), including time to raise your missionary support and/or be self-funded • A commitment to serving long-term in this position |
