| Preferred Experience: | Who You Are -You have a solid foundation in computer systems, troubleshooting, and basic networking -You enjoy solving technical problems and supporting others with patience and clarity -You are eager to learn and grow your IT skills in a collaborative, ministry‑focused environment -You are organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple support requests -You are comfortable working with both hardware and software systems -You have a heart for ministry and desire to use your technical skills to support the gospel How You Will Serve -Provide day‑to‑day IT support for staff and partner ministries, including hardware, software, and user issues -Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, mobile devices, and peripherals -Help manage user accounts, system updates, backups, and basic security practices -Support and learn from networking tasks such as connectivity troubleshooting and equipment setup -Assist with technical support for radio partners, including studio systems and radio station automation tools -Contribute to IT projects, documentation, and process improvements as part of the broader IT team -Have opportunities for occasional travel to assist ministry partners and field teams with onsite technical support and system setup (travel is not required) Requirements and Information -A follower of Jesus Christ with a heart for the gospel -Committed to SonSet Solutions' Statement of Faith -Full-time position, onsite in Elkhart, Indiana -Financial support-raising required for role (https://sonsetsolutions.org/mpd/) |
