Ideal candidates are passionate about our mission to promote academic excellence in a Christ-centered environment and meet the following qualifications: -Teachers must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. -Teachers must have a bachelor's degree. A degree in education, Bible, ministry or a related field is preferred, but not required. -Teachers must speak English as their first language. --Candidates from North America strongly preferred due to visa requirements. -Teachers should be willing to plan and teach a wide variety of subjects during the school day, which runs from 7:30am to 3:30pm for all staff. |

This role includes some teaching, pastoral care, and leadership of spiritual life programs, with a focus on guiding students to grow in Christlike character, wisdom, and faith. The successful candidate will work closely with the Spiritual Life team to support both school-wide programming and individualized spiritual growth for students. Candidates are preferably licensed teachers with at least two years of experience, have formal Bible or theological training, and demonstrate a deep love for Jesus and commitment to evangelical Christian education. Youth ministry experience and the ability to work effectively with adolescents are essential. Experience in cross-cultural settings is strongly preferred. Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is highly desirable. |
