The Reading Specialist plays a key role in advancing English literacy and helping students become confident readers and communicators. This teacher supports literacy development from early phonics to advanced comprehension across grades PreK–9. The Reading Specialist collaborates with teachers to assess reading levels, plan interventions, and provide small-group or one-on-one support for struggling readers or English learners, strengthening each student’s ability to understand and apply God’s truth through language. |
