Position: Chief Operations Officer
Location: USA
Purpose: Oversee all Partner Development, Support, Care, and Retention as well as Candidate Development Strategy.
Key Duties:
- Recruit, build and provide leadership for Operations Department
- Serve on the Stewardship Leadership Team
- Create and implement partner development strategies and tactics
- Analyze Partner statistics and interaction history in order to increase retention
- Working with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, create Operational strategies
- Participate in onboarding and orientation of new Team Members
- Respond in a timely manner to emails, voicemails and texts
- Participate in meetings and conference calls when invited
- Complete all assignments given by the direct supervisor
- Take part in ascribed training and learning in order to better fulfill the requirements of the position

Educational / Experience / Skills Requirements for role:
- Prefer 1-3 years prior Missions experience

Position: Chief Advancement Officer
Location: USA
Purpose: The Chief Advancement Officer will outline a prayer strategy that will identify how we will work towards covering individual needs and organization needs. Create an outlined strategy for engaging with God’s purpose and the world around us. Execute strategy through our team, our partners, our candidates and our donors. Aim is to have our team as a whole bond and connect with each other through prayer and that God’s purpose would be fulfilled.

Position: Chief Development Officer
Location: USA
Purpose: Ensures the development and success of MissionNext by overseeing the financial stability, fundraising and growth of the organization.
Key Duties: The responsibilities of the Chief Development Officer will be to:
- Develop a donor base and produce a communications and execution strategy
- Manage the donor communications by inviting donors in MissionNext to utilize various communications tools
- Collect and manage donor information
- Create a donor webpage for potential donors to read quarterly updates, and find new ways to contribute to the MissionNext mobilization efforts. This also includes an End of the Year Giving summary and an Annual Report on Perspectives
- Collect, request, and/or write alumni stories, agency submissions, announcements, or other content.
- Work with CEO to determine development priorities
- Proficiently utilize organization technologies (ex. ConstantContact, HubSpot, etc.)
Time Commitment: This is a part-time, self-supporting position 3-8 hours per week (hours are negotiable).

Position: PHP Software Developer – Programmer (Part-Time Volunteer)
Location: USA
Purpose: Learn to apply programmatic, robust solutions to support and maintain the optimal functionality of MissionNext’s premier job matching website. Support, optimize, and maintain various algorithms to meet customer requirements in PHP backend and other programming languages and databases as they evolve.
Key duties:
- PHP – Learn the functionality, logic, documentation, and operation of our complex PHP application for the MissionNext website backend.
- Make recommendations for functional fixes, enhancements, and other functional and performance improvements.
- Meet with customer service and web developers regularly to discuss functionality, performance, and issues and propose potential solutions.
- Familiarity with GitLab, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases and able to construct PHP queries for these databases.
- Able to set priorities and work independently to resolve complex program issues.
- Coordinate with MissionNext web development team to keep leadership informed of the status of programming and problem resolution.

Position: National Director of Mobilization

Purpose: Develop and lead MissionNext Regional Mobilization Teams
Key Duties: The responsibilities of the National Director of Mobilization will be to:
- Create and implement recruiting and retention strategies for Regional Directors
- Train and develop all Regional Directors, including onboarding and offboarding
- Represent MissionNext at mission conferences, church activities and other events to recruit and promote the
Regional Director program - Work with Regional Directors to increase awareness of MN in each region

- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for building relationships with “like-minded” organizations for the purpose of building momentum and synergistic opportunities

Position: SEO Specialist
Location: USA
Purpose: Provide SEO, Digital Marketing, and technical support for the MissionNext Website.
Key duties: The responsibilities of the SEO Specialist include:
- Develop optimization strategies that increase MissionNext search engine results rankings.
- Perform research and data mining to maximize MissionNext keywords on the MissionNext website and marketing materials.
- Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in digital marketing efforts.
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO performance against goals using SEMRUSH, Google Analytics, MOZ and, other online sites and tools.
- Efficiently communicate and collaborate with the communications team to align goals and manage SEO strategy.

Position: Virtual Store Manager
Location: USA
Purpose: Launch and run an online store for MissionNext
Key duties: The store manager will work closely with members of the MissionNext team to:
- Execute e-marketing strategies
- Implement online store business plans
- Process orders and be responsible for the sales of the e-store
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions
- Communicate, execute, and manage e-marketing plans in cooperation with other team members
- Use different e-marketing channels such as social media (Facebook/Twitter) and search engine optimization
- Manage store budget

Location: USA
Purpose: The Donor Development Specialist will generate external sources of donor revenue and gifting to ensure financial stability and continued growth of MissionNext.
Key duties: The responsibilities of the Donor Development Specialist will be to:
- Serve on the Executive Leadership Team.
- Generate a comprehensive list of donor prospects.
- Design and implement a systematic approach for contacting that list of donor prospects.
- Help establish content for presentations to potential donors.

Position: Partner Care Team Rep (Part-time Volunteer)
Location: USA
Purpose: To support and encourage our Mission Agency partners through prayer, phone calls and written notes.
Key duties: The responsibilities of the Partner Care Team Rep will be to develop a personal relationship with ten to twelve MissionNext partner agencies, become familiar with the agencies’ web sites, their ministry and their history with MissionNext. Rep will use a variety of software tools; for example, Microsoft Office 365, virtual communications tools, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (will train). Assist with planning and measuring the effectiveness of our MissionNext partner support.
