We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of God the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost—the saved to the resurrection of life, and the lost to the resurrection of damnation.
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

STATEMENT OF FAITH. All the activities and decisions of MissionNext shall be guided by teachings in the Holy Bible, and the Statement of Faith we have adopted is identical to the National Association of Evangelical’s Statement of Faith. The statement of faith does not exhaust the extent of our beliefs. The Bible itself, as the inspired and infallible Word of God that speaks with final authority concerning truth, morality, and the proper conduct of mankind, is the sole and final source of all that we believe. For purposes of MissionNext’s faith, doctrine, practice, policy, and discipline, our board of directors is MissionNext’s final interpretive authority on the Bible’s meaning and application.
MARRIAGE, GENDER, AND RELATED SEXUALITY. The policies of MissionNext shall reflect the position set forth in following statement: “We believe that God has established marriage as a lifelong, exclusive relationship between one man and one woman and that all intimate sexual activity outside this biblical definition of the marriage relationship, whether heterosexual, homosexual, or otherwise, is immoral and therefore sin (Gen 2:24-25; Ex 20:14, 17, 22:19; Lev 18:22-23, 20:13, 15-16; Mt 19:4-6, 9; Rom. 1:18-31; 1 Cor. 6:9-10, 15-20; 1 Tim. 1:8-11; Jude 7). We believe that God created the human race male and female and that all conduct with the intent to adopt a gender other than one’s birth gender is immoral and therefore sin (Gen 1:27; Deut 22:5).”
We believe that every person must be afforded compassion, love, kindness, respect, and dignity. (Mark 12:28-31; Luke 6:31.) Hateful and harassing behavior or attitudes directed toward any individual are to be repudiated and are not in accord with Scripture nor the doctrines of MissionNext.
