Perspectives USA is a ministry of Frontier Ventures and is responsible for the Perspectives movement in the United States. Perspectives USA is comprised of thousands of passionate volunteers. These workers are served and led by 14 regional directors, a national headquarters staff and by a team of executive leaders. Learn more about the Perspectives Course.

Mission:Leadership is a faith-based executive recruiting firm focused squarely on serving nonprofit ministries, Kingdom-oriented businesses, churches and academic institutions. Whatever your need, we know great Christian leaders across the U.S. and around the globe and how to connect you to them.  We also offer unique Outplacement Services for team members who are being displaced.

Missionary Training

Global Frontier Missions exists to equip healthy, long-term, disciple-makers to meet the physical and spiritual needs of the least reached peoples of the earth. We walk alongside aspiring and experienced missionaries by offering various missionary training opportunities to help them grow in their knowledge, character, and cross-cultural ministry experience. Our opportunities for training include:

  • A five-month Missionary Training School offered twice a year in Clarkston, GA
  • A five-month Missionary Residency offered twice a year, also in Clarkston (best for those paying off debt before going)
  • An Online Missionary Training School

We are partnered with a growing number of sending agencies that value our training and love sending our graduates overseas. Trainees include singles, married couples, and families.
