| Job Comment | : The Digital Marketing Manager’s responsibilities include: • Manage technical aspects of key marketing tools, marketing automation, integration with CRM (HubSpot), email marketing, and lead management processes across these systems. • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in digital marketing campaigns, and lead generation. • Create and maintain reports of metrics on marketing and lead generation that detail their effectiveness and organization performance impact. • Analyze marketing and website performance data to develop insights and make recommendations for optimal integration of Website, social media, and email marketing tools. • Monitor and maintain data quality within various marketing tools. • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize website marketing performance and efficiency. • Work closely with Chief Communications Officer to fully integrate market strategies with the MissionNext Website and MissionNext overall. |
