Purpose:  The Chief Communications Officer will help recruit and lead a team of experts in the area of public relations, communications (internal and external), and marketing.

Key Duties: The responsibilities of the Chief Communications Officer will be to:

Position: Journey Guide Director

Purpose: Direct and lead the Journey Guide program

Key Duties:

• Create and implement recruiting and retention strategies for Journey Guides

Position: Chief Development Officer

Purpose: Ensures the development and success of MissionNext by overseeing the financial stability, fundraising and growth of the organization.

Key Duties: The responsibilities of the Chief Development Officer will be to:

Position:  Partner Care Team Rep (Part-time Volunteer)

Purpose: To support and encourage our Mission Agency partners through prayer, phone calls and written notes.
