User-Friendly Prayer App

We can use our lives to push the boundaries of the kingdom with quick or focused prayers to make a difference in the corridors of eternity.

Many of us carry our phones and use favorite apps day and night. But there is one great app that is not electronic at all. You can even use it and drive legally!

We can facetime, that is, make eye contact with God at any time. There is no battery to run down. There is no place where it will not work. This instant prayer-gram utility is available 24/7/365/99. That is, for all your years.

“Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.” Jer 29:12-13

God is both listening and paying attention. The Psalmist penned, “In the morning, Lord, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly.” Ps 5:3

It is promised our prayers have an impact. With this built-in prayer app we are invited to “Pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.” Eph 6:18

We participate in the advance of the gospel as we pray for others who are serving Him. Paul writes, “Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel.” Eph 6:19

We can use our lives to push the boundaries of the kingdom with quick or focused prayers to make a difference in the corridors of eternity. Paul writes, “And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ.” Col 4:3
