| | | | | Dan Cilli Director, Finishers Project (GA)
After a short stint in the US Army from ’67-’69, Dan had a diverse 34-year career with the Federal Aviation Administration. Since retirement in 2003, he has been a contracted aviation safety consultant, conducting seminars from Canada to the Caribbean. Dan has cultivated his passion for missions over the years by participating in numerous 2-week summer mission trips to Europe and South America. Contemplating “another” retirement and the desire to finish well, he was providentially pointed in the direction of the Finishers Project website where he filled out a profile. The result was the discovery of exciting potential matches for a more lengthy cross-cultural partnership. But it was after attending The Journey Deepens in 2012 that he began vigorously promoting the services of the Finishers Project to other like-minded Baby Boomers. It did not take much prompting for Dan to recognize a calling to serve with Finishers. Dan and his wife Cheri (a MissionNext Journey Guide) live in the Atlanta area near three of their four children and two of their four grandchildren. | | | | | Cheri Cilli Journey Guide (GA)
Cheri (along with her husband Dan) joined MissionNext in March, 2013. Married since 1970, she was a stay-at-home mom during the formative years of her four children. As the children commenced their college education, she took on additional roles, first as a school bus driver and then six years with Campus Crusade for Christ, New Life Resources distribution. A busy mom, Cheri still found time for cross-cultural outreach to Cherokee Indians in North Carolina, Quechua Indians in the Andes Mountains, impoverished families across the Mexican border, and ministry to battered women in a local Georgia shelter. Her favorite ministry, however, has been continuous involvement with various church youth groups for more than a decade. Cheri’s new desire is to encourage those who have reached out to MissionNext for direction in their journey to serve the Lord. | | | | | Willis Creighton National Forum Coordinator (AZ)
Willis joined MissionNext as the National Forum Coordinator after seven years with an International mission agency in administration and mobilization. Three of those years were in the UK at their International Office. He brings many years of business trade show, convention and conference planning to this position at MissionNext.

They have three sons and three granddaughters. | | | | | Bruce Horton BAMmatch.com Director (CT)
During the turbulent 1960’s Bruce did not have a clear direction for his life. It took ten years, a patient Christian wife, and deep conversations with a friend before he opened his heart and mind to the Lord and went into full time missionary work. He and his wife Linda led corporate gypsy lives, living in seven states around the country. But even with all the moves, they were able to plug into vibrant churches with outstanding leaders such as Kent Hughes, Gene Getz and Stuart Briscoe. Their community group at College Church in Wheaton, IL was composed of Christian couples involved in Christ-centered businesses or missions organizations. All these experiences deepened their understanding of Biblical truths and strengthened their faith in the Lord. Bruce and Linda have been married 43 years and have two married daughters and six grandchildren. Bruce says, “Serving as leader of the Business as Mission efforts with MissionNext is both a privilege and a joy, knowing that the Lord has prepared me for the role.”

In addition to corporate experience, Byron and his wife Marion are very entrepreneurial and have started several side businesses throughout their careers. The most notable, being a web design and development business, Level Design, specializing in Joomla web development. | | | | | Bob Pittman Mission:TEACH Director (FL)
Bob was born in Mexico to Dick and Kay Pittman, early pioneers with Wycliffe Bible Translators. His parents went on to open most of Wycliffe’s work in Asia and the Pacific. As a result, he went to 12 schools before finishing high school. This gave him the desire to help other missionary kids not have to go through this. He served at Faith Academy in the Philippines for 13 years and then helped start Hillcrest International School in Indonesia where he served for five years. He also served with the CHED department in Dallas from 1991 to 2006, the last six years as International Coordinator. He then moved to serve with CHED in Asia. He is convinced that children’s education is critical for completing the task of Bible translation; his role as Mission:TEACH Director allows him to help fulfill that mission. | | | | | Bill Poff Web Developer (VA)
Bill is a finisher himself having sold a successful dot com business and now serving the Lord with MissionNext. He donates his considerable expertise to the web development efforts of MissionNext and its mobilization websites. | | | | | Dan Reis MissionXplore Director (AZ)

He and his wife worked in missions with Youth With A Mission for almost ten years including six years in India.

Cathy grew up in rural Oklahoma and met Jesus Christ at age 16. She says, “I remember missionaries coming monthly to our small school when I was eight years old, and thinking ‘someday I want to be a missionary’."
After working in the corporate medical world for over twenty years, God began changing her circumstances to allow her to become more involved in missions. Each time she made a short term mission trip, she watched God's incredible hand as He would draw people to Himself, while allowing her to participate with Him. Cathy knew He was bringing together His years of preparation in her life to allow her to take the next step with Him in the form of a missions role. “What a privilege it is to be living during this season, as His harvest is ripening, and He is deepening journeys. My prayer is to be passionate about knowing and loving Him, and seeing others meet our wonderful Saviour, Jesus Christ, and journey with Him!”
